This is a legal agreement between you, the "user" and Lesley Leale-Green Skin and Laser Clinic for all parts of the online booking. References to "services provider" or "the business" means Lesley Leale-Green Skin and Laser Clinic.
To use this website you must fully accept these terms of use (the "terms") without changes, and you agree to use this website according to these terms. These terms are the entire agreement between you and Lesley Leale-Green Skin and Laser Clinic. If you do not read or accept these terms, do not use this website.

No third parties or us give any guarantee that the information on this website will be error free. By using this website you understand that the information may contain errors and we do not accept liability for these errors, to the amount that is allowed by law.
All bookings for services on this website are made with Lesley Leale-Green Skin and Laser Clinic. Before making a booking, you need to check that you agree with the service provider's terms and conditions.
Lesley Leale-Green Skin and Laser Clinic, its Directors, employees, affiliates or other representatives will not be liable for any claims, emergencies, demands, causes of action, damages, losses or expenses including solicitor fees and costs of in connection with the use of your personal information in accordance with this privacy policy and your consent.
Lesley Leale-Green Skin and Laser Clinic tries to make sure that the services listed are of reasonable standard, but the listing of services on this website is not a recommendation from the business, or that the services will be suitable for the user. The business will not be liable to you if the services are not suitable to you. Your use or any information on this website is totally your own risk, for which we will not be liable. It is your own responsibility to make sure that any products, services or information available through this website meet your specific needs.

Booking Conditions
The following conditions apply to bookings of services made by you through this website.
Making a reservation
When booking a service you may be required to pay a non-refundable reservation fee/deposit using either a credit or a debit card. The amount of the reservation fee/deposit will be £20.00 (inclusive of VAT or any other taxes that may apply). Lesley Leale-Green Skin and Laser Clinic use a third party payment gateway company to process this payment.
Gift Vouchers: Purchase & Redemption
When purchasing Gift Vouchers from Lesley Leale-Green whether in-clinic, on-line or telephone-order, you agree to following conditions of sale:
Lesley Leale-Green Gift Vouchers are issued in £GBP which can be redeemed against treatments available within Lesley Leale-Green, 70 Dulwich Village, London. Gift Vouchers can be used as full or part payment for treatments and must be presented at the time of appointment.
Gift Vouchers are valid for strictly 6 months from date of purchase. Lesley Leale-Green will not be held responsible for any Gift Vouchers not redeemed in full, or in part, after the expiry date.
Failure to redeem/use your Gift Voucher within the validity period will result in the expiry of your voucher. Appointment availability (dates/times) are not guaranteed and we strongly recommend you schedule appointments in advance to avoid disappointment. Should only a proportion of the Gift Voucher be redeemed during the validity period, the remaining balance will expire at the end of the 6-month validity period.
Gift Vouchers are non-refundable and non-transferable. Gift Vouchers will not be exchanged for cash. Regrettably, Gift Vouchers which are defaced or altered will not be accepted.
Gift Vouchers can be redeemed against treatments only. Gift Vouchers can not be redeemed for products.
Promotional treatment offers can not be redeemed against Gift Voucher and e-Gift Voucher Purchases, newsletter promotions and other promotions unless otherwise stated.
Attending an appointment without your Gift Voucher will require an alternative method of payment.

Responsibility of accuracy of information to service providers
Services and Treatments are carried out by Lesley Leale-Green Skin and Laser Clinic. When making a reservation, it is your responsibility to tell the business directly about any physical or mental condition that you have and that may require special facilities.
Cancellations
A cancellation of an appointment will result in loss of the reservation fee/deposit. The amount lost will be no more than £20.00. If a booking is partially cancelled (one or more, but not all treatments that are part of the booking) the reservation fee/deposit will not change. If the service provider cancels the whole booking the reservation fee/deposit will be credited to your Lesley Leale-Green Skin and Laser Clinic account. This credit can be used to reserve future bookings on Lesley Leale-Green Skin and Laser Clinic. If the services provider only partially cancels a booking your reservation/deposit fee will not change.
Users may cancel bookings made online up to 24 hours in advance of the time of the appointment online by going to their Lesley Leale-Green Skin and Laser Clinic account. If an appointment has not been cancelled with 24 hours-notice the salon has the right to charge users the balance of the appointment cost (i.e. the payment due in the salon which equals the total cost of the appointment minus the reservation fee/deposit paid online). Users who cancel appointments with more than 24 hours-notice will receive a credit to their Lesley Leale-Green Skin and Laser Clinic account and this can be used to reserve future bookings.
By making a reservation with your credit card or bank card, you agree that if you cancel your reservation with less than 24 hours-notice or if you fail to arrive by your agreed appointment time, you authorise the services provider to charge to your credit card or debit card without further reference to you an amount lower or equal to your booking or an amount that might be set out in the service provider's terms and conditions. For this purpose your credit or debit card will be securely stored.
Lesley Leale-Green Skin and Laser Clinic does not accept responsibility for cancellations by the user or by the services provider regardless of the circumstances in which the cancellation is made. Lesley Leale-Green Skin and Laser Clinic shall not accept any liability for losses, additional expenses or any claim whatsoever due to changes in salon services, sickness, weather, strikes or any other cause. All such losses, additional expenses or claims will be borne by you unless otherwise agreed between you and the business.

When a reservation is confirmed
Lesley Leale-Green Skin and Laser Clinic does not accept responsibility for cancellations by the user. Lesley Leale-Green Skin and Laser Clinic does not accept any liability for losses, additional expenses or any claim because of changes in salon services, sickness, weather, strikes or any other cause. All losses, extra fees or claims will be your responsibility unless otherwise agreed between you and the business.
No Liability in credit or debit card transactions
Lesley Leale-Green Skin and Laser Clinic makes all reasonable efforts to ensure that all credit card and debit card transactions are secure. HOWEVER, if unauthorised charges appear on your credit card or debit card statement for any card used on this website at any time during or after you make your reservation, conduct your transaction or disclose your card details on this website, Lesley Leale-Green Skin and Laser Clinic shall not be liable or responsible in any way in respect of any damage or loss of whatsoever nature suffered by you arising from or in any way connected with said use, transaction or disclosure, subject only to any statutory rights which you may have.
Copyright, notice and limited license
This website contains material which is owned by or licensed to us. This material includes, but is not limited to, the design, layout, look, appearance and graphics. You may receive an email after a completed appointment with a services provider asking you if you wish to leave a review. When you leave a review the information will be submitted to Lesley Leale-Green Skin and Laser Clinic. This information will be stored securely in computer storage facilities. If you choose to do so you agree that Lesley Leale-Green Skin and Laser Clinic can publish your review should they choose to do so. If Lesley Leale-Green Skin and Laser Clinic choose to publish your review only your first name will be published with the review however the business will not be held responsible for any wording by you in the review that might reveal your identity.
