We are committed to complying with the standards set-out by the Care Quality Commission - the same authority which governs the NHS. This means that we abide by the highest standards of practice and remain committed to ensuring that all of our treatments are performed within a strictly hygienic clinical environment.

We continue to pride ourselves on the highest standards of cleanliness at our clinic. Our team is trained to ensure that all of our treatment rooms - machines, equipment, tools, work surfaces and floors - are sanitised with hospital grade disinfectants after each and every client. All treatment rooms are classified as COVID19 Secure prior to every client’s visit.

All treatment rooms, public areas and staff areas are thoroughly cleaned and disinfected at the end of each working day and are regularly checked throughout the working day to ensure that your visit to the clinic is safe.

The clinic is currently operating under additional COVID19 Standard Operating Procedures and a comprehensive Risk Assessment continues to be monitored and adjusted to ensure safety-compliance in accordance with UK Government guidelines.

Our entire team are trained to the highest of standards in the implementation of strict sanitation, disinfection and infection control processes, in addition to our own stringent hygiene policies. This includes strict hand-hygiene before and after each treatment; stringent PPE protocols including the standard use of surgical masks, visors, disposable gloves, aprons and additional PPE as required.

We are monitoring our teams travel, ensuring that anyone who has visited an area or country of high risk is taking, and being supported in taking the required steps to protect themselves and those around them.

COVID BOOKING & CANCELLATION POLICY.

• As clients will appreciate, appointments are currently at a premium. As such, to secure a booking a deposit may be requested. Deposits are fully refundable providing that appointments are postponed/rearranged more than 24hours prior to your appointment. If an appointment is cancelled/rearranged within 24hours of the appointment, the deposit will be forfeited and cancellation fees will be applicable.

• If you should need to cancel your appointment, we respectfully request at least 24hours notice. Any cancellation or rescheduling made less than 24hours in advance will result in a 50% cancellation fee for the treatment. Thank you for your cooperation.

• As we strive to ensure the highest levels of safety, the Clinic has increased the level of PPE for both clients and staff. We hope that you appreciate that these measures are a current necessity and as such we will be adding a PPE surcharge to all appointments.
