On arrival for your appointment, you will be greeted by a member of our front of house team. We kindly ask that you arrive 5-10 minutes prior to your appointment time to enable you to relax, enjoy a beverage and complete any pre-questionnaires required.

Before your treatment, your therapist will discuss your medical history and treatment priorities. A personalised treatment plan will be devised based on your treatment motivations and objectives. You will be able to ask any questions throughout your consultation and treatment and your therapist will talk you through the treatment process step-by-step. Please rest assured that your comfort and safety is of the utmost importance to us.

AFTER YOUR TREATMENT

At the end of your treatment, your therapist will review the treatment and initial results and guide you through your bespoke aftercare recommendations and discuss the next steps of your skin care journey.

Prior to leaving the clinic we will assist you with securing your next appointment.
