Preparing for Your Visit. 

What Should I Wear to My Appointment?

Whatever you are comfortable wearing on the day of your appointment is fine. 
We will provide you with dressing-robes, disposable underwear (if necessary), towels and slippers as required. If you have booked for a tanning or pedicure treatment, it is advisable to bring loose, dark clothing and open toed footwear for after the treatment. 

For most treatments, you will be asked to remove some items of clothing and for body treatments we will provide you with disposable underwear. Your comfort is our priority and cocooning fluffy towels and duvets preserve your modesty at all times. 

Can I Bring My Baby/Small Child with Me to My Appointment?

Unfortunately, we are unable to permit this for health and safety reasons, nor are we able to care for children in our waiting areas whilst treatments are taking place. Think of your visit to Lesley Leale-Green as your personal beauty space; a tranquil environment for a little me-time. 

Should I Arrive Before My Appointment Time?

We always recommend you arrive at least 5-10minutes before your appointment as this will give you time to relax, enjoy refreshments from our Tea-Menu and gain more out of the early stages of your appointment.

I have a Medical Condition/Allergy; Can I Still have a Treatment?

It is always advisable to mention any medical conditions or allergies when scheduling an appointment, so that we can guide you on the most suitable treatments for you.

Can I have Treatments During Pregnancy?

Yes! Please inform us prior to any treatment being scheduled if you are pregnant. Before scheduling certain treatments, we advise you wait until you've completed the first 12weeks of your pregnancy. We will advise you on the most suitable treatments based on your individual needs thereafter. 

What is the Clinic Cancellation Policy?

We respectfully request a minimum of 24hours notice to cancel or amend an appointment, otherwise a charge of 50% of your treatment cost will be incurred or the forfeiting of your deposit. 
For appointments with our resident medical-aesthetic team and nurses, a minimum of 48hours notice to cancel or amend an appointment is required, otherwise your booking deposit will be forfeited.

After Your Visit.

After your face or body treatment we advise that you:

Leave the oils/creams on your skin for maximum benefit for at least 2-3hours. 

Refrain from heat treatments (e.g. sauna, steam-room, sun bed), sunbathing and vigorous activities immediately after treatments as these may prevent full absorption of the products.

Consult your therapist for a follow-up treatment or a programme of continued treatments.

Take 10-15minutes to relax.

Replenish your system with plenty of water while restricting alcohol and caffeine intake.

Refrain from applying make-up after facial treatments for 6-8hours.

Continue your treatment benefits at home by using the appropriate products as prescribed by your professional therapist.
